Installation
Install the App
- Click 'Install' in the Zendesk Marketplace
- Locate the app on the Zendesk navbar after installation
- Navigate to the Configuration Centre and Authorize API
- A webhook named 'Webhook for AI Ticket Reply App by New Aim' will be automatically created
- To activate the app, you need to set up a trigger by defining the conditions under which it should run. Then, under Actions, select Notify by > Active Webhook, and choose the webhook created in Step 4. You don’t need to add any URL parameters—they were automatically configured when the webhook was created
- Set your preferences in the app’s Configuration Centre
Uninstall the App
- Deauthorize the API in the Configuration Centre
- Delete the trigger that was set up for our app
- Delete the webhook named 'Webhook for AI Ticket Reply App by New Aim' in the Zendesk Admin Center. Although this webhook was created automatically during setup, you’ll need to remove it yourself for security reasons
- Click 'Uninstall'
