Installation
Prerequisites
- An active Ada account (start a free trial at https://www.ada.cx/trial/ or request a demo at https://www.ada.cx/demo/)
- A Zendesk account with Zendesk Chat enabled
Setup Steps
- Log in to your Ada dashboard at https://app.ada.cx
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Locate Zendesk Chat and click Connect
- Follow the prompts to authenticate your Zendesk Chat account
- Configure your handoff settings, including which department or group should receive transferred conversations
- Test the integration by triggering a handoff in a test conversation
