Installation
After purchasing 3CLogic's contact center software, you will need to download the 3CLogic software to your PC. The software only takes up 24MB of space. After the software has been downloaded, contact the 3CLogic support team who will supply you with a username and password and help you configure the Zendesk integration. All you need is a PC, internet connection, and a headset.
